LAUSANNE, Switzerland -- Russian weightlifter Apti Aukhadov has been stripped of his silver medal from the 2012 London Olympics after testing positive for steroids in a reanalysis of his doping samples.The IOC said on Tuesday that Aukhadov tested positive for turinabol and drostanolone and has been retroactively disqualified from the London Games.He has been ordered to return his silver medal in the 85-kilogram division.The IOC stores doping samples for 10 years to allow them to be retested when new methods become available.
